Abstract. For the purpose of making more complex and detailed description of pre-suicidal factors, major suicide theories describing those factors were analyzed (sociological, psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal and psychopathological). Five basic components of pre-suicidal condition were sorted out: semantic, cognitive, vital, sub-psychotic and emotional-behavioral. The article reports results of investigation of 60 adolescents (24 boys, 36 girls) who had consulted to psychologists and psychotherapists at medical and psychological services of Moscow. The average age of patients was 15,7±6 years. Data analyses revealed three groups of participants differentiating in their personal traits, specific reactions to traumatic events and the structure of their auto-destructive and auto-agressive tendencies. These groups of clients require different psychotherapeutic tactics taking into account suicidal markers that were specified. Three stage of going through crisis were defined: acute, sub-acute and chronic. Depending on the current clients condition strategies of psychological intervention are recommended.
