Suicidal behavior and its clinical peculiars in adolescencePopova N.M., Schastnyy E.D., Gorbatsevich J.N. (Tomsk)
Abstract. Problem requiring special attention of the public — is the younger generation, teenagers 14-19. Despite the rise in the birth rate, the number of subjects is still a high mortality rate, the so-called phenomenon of "Russian cross". Need to talk about the crisis of adolescent children. Moreover there is good reason - the general trend of recent decades — the growth of mental health, behavioral and emotional problems and suicide. On the total number of suicides Russia ranks sixth in the world — after Lithuania, Korea, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Japan. The study of three groups of students in Tomsk (n=396) students, students of high school and university students. High proportion of young people who are prone to internal aggression, par suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts revealed. Suicidal behavior among the main group and the comparison group showed a 29.9%. Suicide attempts prevailed in a major clinical group and the group of secondary school students in 12.6% and 6.4%, respectively (p<0.05). Suicidal thoughts, fantasies, and intentions were correlated with the total score on a scale of Beck in the study group (r=0,47, p<0.05) and in the control group (r=0.17, p<0.05).
